With 2021 coming to an end, and the beginning of 2022 near, it's time to get really good at one thing, making bread! 4 simple ingredients (take a guess). This is the start of my journey to 100 loaves of fresh bread made at home.
Mistakes so far:
-Using old flour, at least 6-12 months old in the pantry and not sealed very well
-Not following the ratio in the recipe, trying to guess the exact amount, not weighing out everything, I can't eyeball a 1/12th of a teaspoon.
-BURNT BREAD!
